BTW, I just stumbled your post on Belgium as an educational field trip for your daughter. You know the travel/education aspect is my passion. Great one!

But since you can only legally smoke outdoors in NYC, it sometimes looks like everyone's lighting up. Of course, this is of little comfort when the person walking in front of you blows a big cloud in your face.
