Aww, thanks for such an uplifting compliment; you made my day! Isn’t P-town wonderful? Apparently they think so in Boston too, since a lot of folks who can’t afford to buy in Boston but work in the city are buying in Rhode Island, which isn’t too far (if you can tolerate commuting.)

It's a college town, so there's more easily-available cultural opportunities than you'd get at a similar sized city without that youthful, creative spirit.
