Thanks for writing about family travel. As for Williamsburg, my husband and I last went before kids. I think my six-year-old will really enjoy it–the dressing up, etc. We may try for December–it is quite a festive place during the holiday season and it is a relatively short drive for us.

I just checked out your blog and read your most recent post. Williamsburg is one of my favorite places! We hope to take our kids there soon. I can’t wait to read more ideas for great family trips!

Anyway, I have started a blog about Frugal, Family Fun. I am writing about destinations around the Raleigh-Durham area and places accessible by either long or short road trips from our area.
